Private Pilot- 22 December 2011
Due to the weather and work constraints, Sébastien had to delay the flight portion of his practical test and could not fly for 10 days before the checkride. However, he did very well and received his private pilot certificate right before Christmas!

Instrument Rating - 13 October 2011
Only five months after getting his private pilot certificate, Paul passed his instrument rating with flying colors. He's now on a quest for cloudy weather! Congratulations :)
Wilmer van der Gaast
First solo - 8 October 2011
Wilmer comes to the US from Ireland only twice a year. This time, he was ready for a great solo on a calm Saturday morning. Three great landings!

Don Listwin
First Solo - 7 September 2011
Congratulations to Don who successfully flew solo after a few years' hiatus in his flight training to attend to his new family. In spite of a busy business schedule, Don was able to progress really fast and make four beautiful landings on his initial solo day.

Private Pilot- 4 May 2011
Congratulations to Paul who passed his private pilot certificate first try after training mostly at night (over 20 hrs of maneuvers and cross country training), jumping from steam gauges PA-28-161, PA-28-181, C-172N and C-172S to finally end up training on a PA-28-181 III with the Avidyne flat panels! Very versatile! Now on to more adventures...

First Solo - 23 January 2011
When Sébastien started to fly with me, he chose the Piper Warrior. We completed 95% of his pre-solo training in the low wing, until we switched clubs and he had to fly the C-172. It took Sébastien only 3 flights to be ready to solo and he did with flying colors!
